Fixing Failed Files

Upon request we offer a range of services to repair a failed file. Charges may apply depending on the help required and membership type. File fixing charges are determined on the spot and start from $15.00 + GST.

By using the right Adobe Distiller settings to begin with, you can avoid most of the potential problems down the track. To make it super-easy for you we've created our own and you can download them for free from within the Websend system.

There are those occasions when the cart is put before the horse: the media's booked but there's no Ad to despatch and the deadline's looming. Believe us, as strange as it sounds, it happens.
