6. MEMBERSHIP & COSTS

While Websend is undoubtedly tough when it comes to judging ads, we pride ourselves on the ongoing relationships we form with our members. Because, after all, we take it personally.

Standard Member

As a Standard Member, you can pay as you go to deliver one file to one publication at a time for just $33.00 per file. You are required to make a payment by credit card each time you log into your account to send a file. There is no file size limit for standard members and no additional charges to have a minor file error corrected. No annual fee applies for Standard Members.

Premium Member

As a Premium Member you become part of the Websend community and are automatically entitled to extra benefits. You can choose the file charge account type that is right for you, take advantage of the overall lower cost to deliver a file and enjoy a high standard of account management and technical support.

An annual membership fee of $49.50 applies for Premium Membership with an account type of your choice - Flat Rate or MiniMax.

Premium Member: Flat Rate
This allows you to send each file for $13.20. An additional charge of $1.10 per Mb is charged if the data size of the file exceeds 2 Mb.

Premium Member: MiniMax (on request, minimum monthly file throughput required)
The MiniMax is based on a minimum and maximum set dollar value per file based on the ad size (mm x mm) -
$5.50 minimum per file with a capped maximum of $22.00.
Ad sizes are calculated at $0.055 per-square-centimetre, therefore costs will vary between $5.50 and $22.00 depending on the ad size.

Both Premium membership types are entitled to full telephone, email and online chat-based technical support free of charge.
Additional charges may apply if you request to have errors in your artwork corrected.
