Our iQ Chaser software has been an integral part of a publisher’s ad processing workflow since 2006. It is simple, multi-user platform software that streamlines and complements the day-to-day ad production environment. With iQ Chaser v2 getting ads to publication will be even more effortless.
IQ Chaser was purposely built to streamline ad production processes and enable publishers to receive ads easily, automatically direct ads into an existing workflow and make ads accessible to others down the line.

CUSTOM XML EXPORTArguably, the best new feature could be XML Conversion. This will give you the flexibility to receive job details in a data format suitable for you. When XML Conversion is activated, iQ Chaser, will transfer the meta data into a preferred format by simply referring to a nominated XSLT style sheet. When the PDF downloads, the data file is created and downloaded to the same location. |

AUTOMATIONAutomation features will allow you to customise how files enter your workflow. These include defining a folder hierarchy, choosing a file re-naming pattern and printing of job tickets. Automation settings (usually of a master instance of Chaser) can be exported and saved for importing into a secondary instance. |

IMPROVED DOWNLOAD PERFORMANCEWith iQ Chaser 2 you can save a local or central network cache of all jobs so you can work faster when searching for and viewing jobs. And with the ability to download 5 jobs concurrently, file processing will be much quicker. |
USER LEVELS
Master AccountThe master account can setup and modify all settings, and use all functions available with iQ Chaser (and of the Websend web account). For example view and search tickets (Read-only), change job statuses, print Job tickets manually and set automation rules. The master user can also be set for auto-download.
Auto-downloader AccountThe Auto-downloader account is designed to run unattended and receive jobs. It cannot update the job status form ‘Received’ and cannot log into the web account. It can view and search tickets (Read-only), print job tickets and auto-download jobs. This account cannot log into the web account.
Viewer AccountThe Viewer account is designed to allow users to view and print job tickets only. The same functions are permitted via the web account.
